  • No restocking fees apply

  • All products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty coverage by brand:
    • Ubiquiti products: 1 year
    • Yealink products: 1 year
    • Yeastar products: 1 year
  • Warranty claims are handled directly by Wirely.shop

Technical Support

  • Basic technical guidance may be provided at the discretion of Wirely.shop
  • Installation, configuration, and advanced technical services are available separately and may be subject to additional charges

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of receipt
  • Customers are required to provide photos or videos along with claim details for verification
